The Annual General Meeting of the Society for the Study of Labour History will take place at the John Rylands Library, Manchester, on Saturday 14 June. All members are welcome.
A combined AGM and EC meeting begins at 11am with reserved matters dealt with first by the Executive Committee. Members will then be admitted. The meeting is expected to finish by 12.30am.

Members wishing to stand for election to the Executive Committee of the Society for 2025-27 should send their name, a statement that they are willing to stand, a statement of nomination and a statement seconding the nomination, each by Members of the Society, to the Secretary by email (Quentin Outram Q.Outram@lubs.leeds.ac.uk) to reach him by the day before the AGM.
The John Rylands Library is located at 150 Deansgate, Manchester M3 3EH.
The John Halstead Memorial Lecture for 2025 will take place at 2pm on the same day at the same venue. Professor Peter Gurney will talk on ‘The Chartist Revolution’.
